Everything else in the area is far more expensive or not as great quality. There is always PLENTY of parking, the pools are awesome, and it’s a cute neighborhood. It also feels very safe in this area of town, so I felt comfortable living here with my baby boy. I highly recommend Towne Square Apartments! Lisa Amos and the staff are very helpful.
1991 S Tumbleweed Ln has 3 military bases within 68.7 miles, the nearest is Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport Air Guard Station which is 20.9 miles away and a 28 minutes . You might be able to find places to ride your bike in this area, but you’ll most likely want your car for most errands. Sorry, but there was an error submitting your review. They then raised the rent by almost $100 a month, which came out to around an 11% increase (the area average is around 5%). They plan on raising rent almost another $100 for another year. Trying to get this apartment complex to perform basic landlord duties is like pulling teeth. The maintenance staff is very nice, the outside is kept clean, but the ownership could use some work.
Make sure you are present when they do your move out inspection. We cleaned the apt but they showed us pics of a dirty kitchen and charged us to clean it. There is no sound proofing between floors.
Kitchen Features & Appliances
One of the burns will not turn on or off unless you wiggle it around a bit. The did not allow us to see the apartment until the day prior to moving in which by that point we had to be out of our old apartment and did not have time to find a new place. The day we moved in the shower in the main bathroom had mold and rust all along the door. There patch holes in the apartment using caulk.
South Chandler offers plenty of recreational opportunities at Tumbleweed Park, Chuparosa Park, Snedigar Recreation Center, and Paseo Vista Recreation Area. The expansive San Tan Mountains Regional Park is also just minutes away from South Chandler. A wide variety of golf and country clubs are located in South Chandler as well. School boundaries are subject to change. Always double check with the school district for most current boundaries.

Plus, there are pools that are well kept up daily. Towne Square is a great community and I've enjoyed my time here over the last few years. I love all the get-togethers they have, always doing something different for singles and families. I walk my dog a few times a day and always run into nice people along the way, especially the maintenance guys. They always take the time to stop and talk with me and pet my dog who seems to know them all. I have lived at Towne square apartments for 3 1/2 months now.
However right after we decided to rent here things changed. SCAMS, SCAMS, SCAMS. They secretly increased the rent immediately after we paid for application, and asked us to sign for that. They did not even bother to provide an acceptable explanation. They became VERY RUDE. We can either accept the new higher rent with anger or lose our money and walk away. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I don't even need to live there to know that.

All the front desk staff is very friendly and maintenance staff is awesome as well. With ten floor plans to choose from, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layouts, Towne Square has something for everyone. Our spacious interiors include a full kitchen including a dishwasher, full-size washers and dryers, a private patio, and large closets.
